Dianne Jarvis Lumsden
Dianne Jarvis Lumsden has over 20 years experience in Information Technology where she worked in the corporate legal industry, spending time in various roles at three of the world’s top corporate law firms. A self taught programmer, Dianne is currently working as a Software Engineer at Coinbase. She is passionate about bringing awareness to the importance of making space for Black and Brown people in Tech and does some of this work as a lead on ColorBlock, Coinbase’s ERG (Employee Resource Group) for Black and Brown employees. She also aspires to empower those with little access to technology, specifically people of color, ensuring they have a voice and an opportunity to build on the blockchain, helping to shape this new economy. Dianne earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems at CUNY – Baruch College and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College, both in New York.
