Senior Performance/Growth Analyst

W+K is looking for a performance marketing analyst obsessed with testing, learning, and growing performance numbers. We’re looking for someone who is very well versed in the adtech and measurement landscape, and has experience managing partnerships within it. We’re looking for someone who has the quantitative mindset to model ROI and attribution, but who also thinks big picture and is eager to work cross-functionally with other teams to strategically solve client business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the concepting and implementation of KPI-driven measurement strategies + attribution models
  • Developing an experimentation structure and test + learn framework for campaign optimizations
  • Building and managing our set of measurement tools & technologies (MMP, MTA, CDP etc.)
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with relevant client stakeholders
  • Drawing actionable insight from media data across many campaigns, platforms, and creative; presenting that insight to business stakeholders in an actionable manner and following it through to application
  • Working cross functionally with internal and external creative, strategy, analytics, and data teams to inform and help develop larger-level comms strategy
  • Spearheading product build of client-facing performance marketing dashboards (BI)
  • Influencing, Informing, and guiding platform buying teams

Professional Qualities we’d like to see:

  • 4+ years experience in media, performance marketing, or growth analytics
  • Extensive experience with media and marketing measurement tools; mobile app related technologies a plus
  • Fluency in digital media and ad platforms; strong understanding/knowledge of traditional media spaces (out of home, print, TV, etc.)
  • Experience developing and impacting KPI-driven funnel + growth strategies; developing measurement strategies & attribution models
  • Experienced fostering direct relationships with clients and presenting to broader audiences
  • Understanding of and hands on experience with relational databases, ETL, and BI tools
  • Basic knowledge of SQL Querying and/or relational databases
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding/knowledge of traditional media spaces (out of home, print, TV, etc.)
