Job Description

W+K is looking for a marketing analyst obsessed with testing, learning, and growing performance numbers to join our team. We’re looking for an individual who has technical and quantitative experience working with martech measurement tools, but who also thinks big picture and is eager to work cross-functionally with other teams to strategically and creatively solve holistic client business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and tuning KPI-driven measurement strategies
  • Working closely to incorporate measurement tools (MMP, MTA, CDP etc.) into our advertising buys
  • Pulling actionable insights from media data that can make our media buys more effective in driving business metrics (app downloads, sales, etc.)
  • Working cross functionally with internal and external creative, strategy, analytics, and data teams to inform comms strategy
  • Leading day-to-day construction and QA of client-facing performance dashboards (BI)
  • Regularly communicating findings to clients and other internal teams

Professional Qualities we’d like to see:

  • 2–4 years experience in media planning, performance marketing, or growth analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital media and various marketing channels (especially buying platforms)
  • Experience developing and implementing KPI-driven funnel + growth strategies
  • Extensive experience with media and marketing measurement tools
  • Experienced communicating directly with clients and presenting to broad audiences
  • Familiarity with big data: basic experience with SQL Querying and/or relational databases, ETL processes, and BI/Visualization tools
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding/knowledge of traditional media spaces (out of home, print, TV, etc.)
