Position Overview
Do you have outstanding leadership skills, organization, attention to detail and a passion for data? Are you driven by results with a talent for leading a team, whilst building great collaborative relationships? If yes, then Audit Services needs you to lead the Americas Analyst team!

The Americas Analyst Manager leads, develops, and empowers a team of multi- national analysts who thrive on cross collaboration and detailed process development to ensure consistency and accuracy of customer audits. In this role you will be responsible for driving the operational efficiency to support the Americas License Compliance Sales team in exceeding their sales goals. Establishing strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and peers worldwide to ensure global alignment in process and execution. This role reports to the Global Sr. Manager of License Compliance Audit Services.

Responsibilities

  • Leads License Compliance analysts within the assigned geo to achieve company and department goals
  • Collaborates with License Compliance Sales to ensure business objectives are being met by providing required analysis and context to support in their customer conversations
  • Proposes improvements of the audit process; negotiates changes with business partners and peers
  • Remains familiar with the terms of use (TOU) for Autodesk software and guides strategic recommendations that enable the completion of audits by the analyst team, while meeting company strategy, legal and sales objectives
  • Determines productivity objectives and manages the team to meet them individually and at the geo level
  • Provides weekly geo productivity report and coaches individuals on regional weekly reporting
  • Prioritizes caseload for analysts and follow up to achieve periodic goals
  • Answers questions from internal Autodesk staff partners about Autodesk compliance scenarios.
  • Trains License Compliance Sales and Audit Services employees on analysis documents and processes
  • Assesses, recruits, and develops current talent for current and future needs of the organization
  • Work with stakeholders to mitigate risks associated with achieving business goals
  • (May) lead or participate in cross-functional or intra-organizational projects related to program development, streamlining, and/or improving processes and systems globally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 + years in analytical role
  • 2 years in supervisory role with a team of two or more individuals
  • Proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and remote meeting software/collaboration tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
  • Proven track record of building strong and collaborative relationships
  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate successfully with remote and close individuals and teams
  • Highly organized and able to remain clearly focused in rapidly changing environments
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to appear in person, in video calls and, audio only media
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time worldwide

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Saleforce.com reporting and dashboards
  • Advanced Excel skills in Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, macros, and formulas
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Understand the software licensing models, license agreements, and contracts
  • Ability to speak Spanish/Portuguese a plus

Target salary for Colorado: 109K base
