Your New Role:
As HR Manager at the Urban League of Portland, you’ll bring strong leadership and deep relationship-building skills to building something special as the first in-house HR hire the organization has made. You’ll build your own team to tackle tasks like an HR audit, policy development, performance management strategy, and employee engagement, and oversee recruiting and onboarding processes, trainings, and development.
There will be ample opportunity to partner with the leadership team and connect with the community the organization serves. Cultural competency is a must, as well as a desire to learn and grow within the role.
